Auto-quoter

I need a logged in website for customer to auto generate quotes based on pre-agreed rates with today's date and a product code (no matter the product code, the price will always be the same - digital good -). Imagine selling song tracks where all songs have the same price but you still need in the quote the song ID, today's date and customer name on it. Eventually you'll need to add where are you going to reproduce the song and that's what's going to change the price. The quote needs to be either presented on screen with a download button as PDF or sent by email upon customer's choice. Each generated quote will create a backlog report to track quotes. Backend to create manage customers access and tables to set prices and products and access to a backlog to track quotes and action on like Resend (with added message), Edit, Duplicate and also be able to change Stage to: Pending, Closed Won, Closed Lost. I envision a table of customers to access the site (username and password, legal entity, Tax ID, Billing Entity, Main Contact Name, email). A table with prices per customer A table of quotes generated (backlog). A table of actions over the quotes. A front end to insert product code, type of product, size of product ( up to 25 products rows per quote) and 4 additional fields for the entire quote. A backend editable report of customers data. A backend editable report of quotes. A backend editable report of actions over quotes (like resend, notes, etc). I can draft this on FileMaker Pro if needed (I'm a heavy user of Filemaker but have no time to take this seriously now). Also need the ability to impersonate as any customer.
