Our developer is having difficulty uploading to our server, and I am looking for someone to do some work to get developer access to do what he needs. I have included his problem below, and attached screenshot. We are currently hosted in AWS. "We tried setting and changing the file saving permissions here again, but the server is still not letting us upload and save the code files using the FTP tool Filezilla. Here below is screenshot of the Filezilla showing the error message and the directory we want to upload a file to. It seems these permissions can only be set by the person maintaining the your server. The directory that is not accepting a file upload is: /web/[login to view URL] So, we need file write access in this and its sub-directories to be able to debug and fix the issue."

Hi, before accepting, please read: Did you open the ports 31000-60000 in the security-group? As you seem to use passive FTP, these ports need to be open as well, as the connection-port 21 is only used to negotiate another port from the beforeahnd mentioned range. Best, C
