Backup & Recovery Website with virtual drive.

I am looking to have a personal use & small business, backup and recovery website built (sort of like [login to view URL]), but would also like to offer a virtual drive, where folders, files can be moved from a hard drive and then shared or accessed when someone is mobile, or the folders, files can be moved back to a hard drive/new computer, shared with others (via link, or log in access supplied by website if shared to others). This will be yrly licensing access (payment via paypal at website), & autorenewed. The virtual drive, will appear on someone's computer, and folders or files can be moved back and forth if the user wants. The back up and restore part, will allow a user to select which files or folders to backup, and they will be charged based on backup size per month. they can choose full backup or incremental, and how many full backups to keep, for how long. the website will use paypal, and will have a customer support page for the customer community to repond to each others questions, problems. (the customer support community page, can only be seen and info searched if someone is an active customer, logged into the website.)
