Bitcoin Altcoin Trading Exchange Platform

Dear All, Hello again after several years which we used Freelancer.com . Although we had several >10 positive feedbacks, we think due to new system, they are gone but anyway lets continue our new project with details. We need an exchange platform/system like poloniex / bittrex for trading. I think you are aware of those systems. You can basically create an account on them and check the user interface. Main User Interface: - Trading on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Waves and other blockchain coins - Trading chart like poloniex with time intervals - Trollbox for users to chat - Sell/Buy and Open orders - Trending pairs - Promoted pairs on Top assigned by the admin - As usual profile page features Backend ( admin ) - Managing all pairs and members - Tracking all members - News posting - Support Help Desk plugin - Reporting module ( pairs, volume, members, trades by date, country, time.. ) - Member verification functions - Freeze, ban .. members or pairs - Site under management functions - Fee arrangement for pairs Security & Performance: System security must be one of the highest level. To ensure ; - System must be resistantagainst DDOS attacks - Must have 2 factor and other possible security features enabled. - Must be capable of handling 100.000 operations/sec ( ultra fast scaleable design ) - System must allow us cold wallet/hot wallet operations General Rules : * You must have done similar systems before * You must have idea about blockchain technologies * You must have trusted score to start the project * The source code must be open and right will be given to us. This is to ensure for future possible editing ( not selling ) * System must be tested against all well known attack methods to ensure the security * System provider will include it 12 month support to its bid.
