I am looking to develop a comprehensive courier booking system (similar to booking an Uber) that will enable efficient optimization and automation of fleet operations. This system will integrate private couriers, delivery companies, e-commerce websites and other SMEs to one system.
With this system, we want to eliminate the need for a centralised storage warehouse through our booking services. So in general, we businesses as well as logistics companies and private delivery agents can register and be onboarded to the system.
With this system, I am looking for advanced analytics capabilities to help logistics partners maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness. I need the system to have features such as real-time data tracking, geo-location, and most importantly, route optimization. These features will enable us to keep track of the status of shipments, the location of vehicles or customers’ parcels, and the ability to adjust routes and other settings based on up-to-date information.
