We need a software built on Laravel 5.4 that connects to a MariaDB backend and generated brackets for us. All the requirements as to how the bracket generation works can be taken from this website as reference - [login to view URL] (you can't take code from this site). Some specific needs: 1. The function should take input of teams 2. the inputs can be less than the number required in bracket. hence the function should fill the rest by blanks 3. The data once done should be uploaded to MariaDB. The table structure will be provided later 4. The function should also generate a HTML page as per the attached image The project will be awarded on following criterion: 1. Speed of delivery 2. Cost of project Also, payments will be done in 2 phases: Phase 1: at 50% completion Phase 2: end of delivery
