bring our wordpress website to the next level

Hi I've been doing most of the optimalization on the website myself but I've reached a point where I need some outside help to get the website to the next level: [login to view URL] So, now we are looking for a real expert in regards to wordpress and site speed. This is where we will start working together but I'm looking for an expert to work with on a continual basis. It's not a one time job to get the site fast but we do need to start here. The website currently load at 4.8 seconds on GTmetrix: [login to view URL] a retest will give 2.3 seconds (cache?) [login to view URL] our score in PageSpeed Insights is: 1,1s FCP & 1,1s DCL (no idea what these numbers even mean) 79/100 mobile & 85/100 for desktop. Our Lighthouse results you can check in the attachments We are looking for someone who is aware of these results and who knows how to bring an already good website to the next level. We'd like to have a blazing fast -mobile- website and so whatever option(s) you have to reach this are fine by me. I mean you are the specialist and we are the amateurs which tried to make a 'bad' website already good but we want great and even amazing. We want to be sure that you know what you are talking about and that we are dealing with an expert who also understand that this is a prestige project. So here are the rules: MAXIMUM 1 link give us a sample of a -wordpress- website that you made blazing fast in insights or gtmetrix 1 link maximum, every post with more then 1 link will automatically removed. OR provide me with some real good reasons why these metrics are not important and how your way of working gives better results (max. 1 link) I'll open the site and see how it feels.
