Build me an admin page for handling members

Technical requirements: - The page must be done in CodeIgniter and MySQL and Bootstrap Database Table to be used: - Users ( first_name - varchar, last_name - varchar, user_name - varchar, email - varchar, phone - varchar, dob - date , gender - varchar, language - varchar, allow_phone - char(1) - either Y or N, allow_email - char(1) - either Y or N ) Design: - any bootstrap theme is accepted as long as it is free, including Bootstrap own plain theme - Any change to design or technology must be first proposed and justified then it must be approved by me before including it in the solution. Functional: - page must be split in 2 areas either vertically or horizontally (must display properly on both computer and phone) - first area is the list of users ( a table that has only First Name, Last Name, User Name) - second area is the details area where the rest of the fields are displayed - first area must have add/edit/delete buttons with (first name, last name and user name as entry fields) - second area must be a tab control with 2 tab pages: - first tab is the "Personal Information" with (dob - date time picker control) - second tab is the "Contact Information" with the phone, email, allow_phone, allow_email - last 2 are checkboxes. Changes in any of the fields must be saved to database Acceptance Criteria 1) Click on "add" 2) prompt / screen comes up to enter "first name", "last name", "user name". 3) if user name exists prompt "User Exists", if a field is empty prompt that the field is empty - no other validation needed 4) when the 3 fields are completed and click on "Save" the record is saved and shows up on main screen with a selection on it (either with a specific color, etc.). If the table has 100 rows already the field must be visible so maybe a scroll needs to be done so that the new entered field is visible and distinct from others 5) while a user is selected the details tabs can be switched to display either "Personal Information" or "Contact" for the selected user. Selecting another user will automatically refresh either both "Personal Information" and "Conact" tab or just the only visible one, but then the other needs to load when tab is changed 6) when making changes to the "Contact" tab, for example change of email or a check box then the "Save" button is pressed ("Save" is a button inside the tab) the information is saved while keeping the User selected (and any scroll to the main grid done). Dealbreakers: 1) if the table does not look good both on phone and computer 2) if the user added is not highlighted in the main table 3) if the user change updates the details with full refresh of the whole form 4) if the save in the tabs refreshes the whole form and does not preserve the user row (with the previous scroll if many records) and the tabs populated with the information
