We have gone through your attached PDF and understand all the app screens and the flow of the project that the app will come in use to check in all the items with the owner personal information save all the record in the database. Once the item has been check-in the operator would be to change the status of the item or can edit the information. When the item will checkout then the system will ask the checkout time and date on that basis the system will calculate the hold time and calculate the amount which users need to pay to the operator. The user will get the email notification when the item is check in or check out. The admin will set the rate per hours. How the operator will collect the amount? Will it be manual?
