Build a basic website on squarespace partnership

We ran a web development outfit developing mostly Google Sites websites & providing email marketing services, graphic design etc in the US. We also provide G Suite deployment & management services among other business & technology services. We need a freelancer or freelance agency that we can outsource website development and other services to. We need someone who will handle end to end consultation, development, ongoing updates & maintenance etc. I have a range of how much a client will pay. My agency will handle payment. For projects handled by the freelancer we will only take a percentage of the revenue. This will make it very transparent as far as what the client is paying and what we and the freelancer is getting. The freelancer will use an email provided by our company for client communications etc. For the most part, the websites will be basic websites that don't have e.g. ecommerce etc. If we can find a true partner who we can partner longterm on these kinds of projects that would be great. Whether it's a single freelancer or a freelance agency, that works for us. Essentially, my agency handles most of the front end, payments etc and the partner handles all the backend, communication, development, delivery including any ongoing updates etc. I want to primarily utilize cloud hosted solutions such as squarespace or other hosted services instead of using custom made CMS solutions such as wordpress or joomla that would require custom hosting.
