Hello, I would like to understand from where the video must be downloaded because that could change the approach. But apart that, it should be easy to achieve: you need a cronjob script to verify the links every 24H and, probably, another command line script to execute the job the first time, or when adding new videos to upload. The execution can be started from a web interface if you prefer, but then it must be detached to the background because, otherwise, it can timeout due to PHP and web server settings.
