Build a dolibarr module to automated remind unpaid invoices and remind proposals

Im looking for a dolibarr module to remind unpaid invoices and unanswered proposals below some details - I would need to edit the language, I presume you will do it in english, but I will need to translate it to spanish - It should use the current SMTP server - It should be upgradeable between dolibarr versions (current is 7) - It should be automated (I should define the times, 30, 45, 60 days) with diferent messages. Please post your offer and time to do it
