Build Forex EA placing pending order depending on previous candle

EA that can work in all time frame, in all currencies. Method of operation When a new candle generated in the range of the previous candle the EA will place a pending order ((buy stop on the higher high and sell stop on the lower low of the previously closed candle)) Now We have2 scenarios First scenario 1-hit the higher high then buy stop is activated and the sell stop gets deleted immediately. 2-hit the lower low, then the sell stop is activated and the buy stop gets deleted immediately. 3-once the third candle get closed all open orders in that account get closed(((configurable yes or no)))) Note:- I would recommend the active Order get closed one minute before the third candle generation per that time frame in order to avoid gaps in the price between the third and second candle. Second scenario The new generated candle didn't hit each of the pending orders, then when the third candle get generated the pending orders for the previous candle get deleted. Note:-also I would recommend the pending orders get deleted one minute before the new candle get generated per that time frame Now True and false bottom for Equity percentage for overall balance closed is configured for over all balance ((for example equity is +10% closed or open orders and delete the pending orders, same as for -10% as well, by the way the 10 percent is variable, it can set it to any amount 15% or 40%...etc)). And both options positive and negative condition are working at the same time. Once all orders get deleted per that time frame the EA will do the same function again and again. Take profile and stop loss are also configured optionally with a true and false bottom.
