Build me a News platform application

 basic functionalities of a basic news platform.  News filters and categories (including a location filter for cities).  Users can register using email/phone number (OTP method).  Registered users can post news on the portal after admin’s acceptance.  Only admin can accept or deny the request for a post to be displayed on the portal using the admin panel.  Separate admin panel for managing the application.  Survey facility will be provided in the app along with the feature of lucky draw winner.  Referral codes facility if someone downloads the application.  Separate comment section for the news.  Separate space for advertisements (interactive ad panel).  Application design on the concept of social media.  Free maintenance for 6 months.  Token system in surveys where a token number will be given to the participant which will decide his winning probability.  Directory system where users can add their business or concerned credentials which they want to promote.  Survey advertisement on front page.
