Build a simple (but fast) click analysis for my email newsletter

I'm sending out a daily newsletter with airfare deals every day. Based on clickthroughs I'd like to find out which deals are popular in real time.
I can use a redirect URL like [login to view URL] (from / to airports and dates) as I'm using a custom script for those.
I'd require a real time analysis:
- most popular deals (from / to airports and dates) within last 2/4/6 etc hours
Once REDIS restarts the data is gone (I have no problem with that). Ideally we can also use regions to better understand popularity. (This can be a parameter in the URLs)
