Build a Simple Web CRM

Looking for a CRM to manage daily task which we do in excel. Below is basic ideas. Apply with your Quotes, times etc. No Copy-paste template pls. I want to host it on my own hosting and domain. so don't add its cost. == MULTI USER PERMISSION - ADMIN FULL ACCESS, USER ROLE PERMISSION Main Function Add a Project = Add some pre-defined checklist = User need to update these checklist on daily basis = User/Admin can write a note in a project. = Project Status ( Active, Inactive) and option to fitler with this status CHECKLIST OPTION =Admin can add check list ( Exam - Is X-tast completed and option in drop down : yes, No or anyther option) =Admin can add, edit checklist name, its options name = Tooltip for each option and admin can write/modify it in some EDIT panel USER ROLE (User, Team lead) = Admin can assign user any one or multiple project = User can edit only his assigned project = Team leader can manage all project task Report Dashboard = Pending project task ( today, yesterday, last week)= Separate for Admin(whole report) and users (for their projects) = Total Active projects name = == Archive - To view historical data with filter with date or project name Complain box = Where we can raise a complain and assign to user with multiple status ( like a ticket system) = Option to develop it further in future
