Build me a sporting bet website with UI lookalike of bet365 site

Please read before send We want to make us a private sporting bet website. It will have bets for 7 categories (football-basketball-tennis-volley-ice hokey-ping pong-handball). No casino games. The UI want to be lookalike (cl one) of bet365 with other logo. We don't want option for deposit real money or withdraw real money or crypto. So no payment gateways. We want to operate with virtual credits that only admin can provide to the agents and to the players. We want no register option. We want UI template to be the same as bet365. We want pregame bets and live game bets. We want the import of events and odds in pregame and in live games to happen through API. We want admin to have the ability of disable specific game or event even if in the api are active. We want in live game to be a small window like bet365 that shows basic info for the match live with remain time and stats. We want the player to have the option of simple bet or multiple bet in the same event. We want the same options that bet365 gives to the players. We want risk management option for the admin. We want to be for private use so first page will require username and password to enter the site. We want clean code so a medium vps can run it smoothly.
