Build tool to check allintitle results on Google

I want a tool built that automatically retrieves the number of "allintitle" results from Google. There already exists a tool that does this, but it is only compatible with Windows. I need a tool built that is compatible with the Mac OS. The .csv file will contain two columns: keyword and search volume 2) The tool will then query [login to view URL], retrieve the number of "allintitle" results for each keyword, and add the number of "allintitle" results for each keyword 3) I would also like the tool to do a calculation: divide the number of allintitle results by the search volume 4) The "results" page of the tool will display these columns: - Keyword - Search volume - # of allintitle results - Ratio (# of allintitle results divided by search volume) Bidders MUST describe similar software they have created. I do not have a large budget for this project, but I will be happy to give a 5-star review to a freelancer who does a good job.
