Wp-admin would help in managing every section of the website. 3. A section can be created where people can click the button "apply now" -> fill a form and an email would reach to you. (This requirement can go to an advanced level but that only depends on your necessity ) 4. Are you asking about the load on the website? usually, corporate websites don't have a sudden load like store websites on a sale day hence load testing might not be needed. 5. After going live we can do monthly maintenance in like 100 NZD or more/less based on the ongoing tasks we may receive. 6. I am not a content writer hence maximum i can change a few words here and there but nothing more than this. The website would cost 750/ 15 days time
