Customer to filter appropriate partner III. customer to post queries on the platform and Users should get notification for queries and must be able to answer from Web or android app IV. partner can respond to bid for a bid request placed by Customer V. customer reject/approves bid and select the bidder VI. ability to sell certain packages( rate & content can be modified at any time) to customers through webportal VII. customer and partner both can make payment and can see due/receivable etc. IV.
