Build Woocommerce Plugin

I need a plugin to wordpress/woocommerce from scratch that: -has admin page that includes 3 big textbox, 3 numeric inputs, 5 checkboxes, 1 checkbox list of all categories, 1 checkbox list of all product tags, 1 checkbox list for all product for all product "collections" (it is a taxonomy i created) and a start button -When the button is pressed, the plugin will start working according to the conditions set by the inputs. It will start taking texts from the #1 textbox line by line and use them in combination of random matching between textbox #2 & textbox#3 and input them as new "comments" in the products database. -The plugin will then update a listbox inside the admin panel that will say for example "product 1, done, 5 comments" deliverables: -working plugin with comments over each function/code. Please only bid if u are good in plugins. DONOT take a big part of the code from the internet. IT should be written 100% or almost 100% by you only.
