Hello, I am looking for an RPA engineer or a person to webcrawl a website and website developer to develop a simple website with login, landing page, and whatever else might be necessary. The application will webcrawl through the US government copyrights website for our customers to upload digital art/music(mp4). The process to create the copyright can best be describe here: [login to view URL] A customer will pay us a fee and they will then upload 1 or more pieces of electronic media they would like to copyright. Our application will return with a transaction id for our tracking purpose and some sort of confirmation (id/response) from the government website. Please provide number of hours it will take to complete this task or provide a flat rate it would cost. Thanks.
