Building a website on my home computer clipbucket video sharing

I am building a website on my home computer, so far running just on localhost. The site works fine and videos are uploaded however it will not generate a thumbnail and runtime is always 0:00. I have installed: AMPPS package with Apache in windows 10. I have installed imagemagick as well as [login to view URL] files as well as core files and IM_Mod files. I have also changed my environmental paths many times but when I run [login to view URL] I get: PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps\php-5.6\ext\[login to view URL]' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 I think the imagick extension must load into php to make it work but I am stuck..I think it is a simple path issue I cannot see..... "
