Select service
Enter number of boxes/pages ( box formula generates number of pages based of 2500 page box average) or customer can manually enter number of pages
Select level of prep ( easy, medium, hard) (formula adds a increase of 0%, 15%, 20% to final price)
Select Indexing ( yes or no )
Yes = customer selects character count packages ( 100,000, 250,000, 500,000 etc) ( formula amount per page) ( example select 100,000 x .01 = $1,000) $1,000 , $2,500, etc gets added to price
Customer selects OCR service YES OR NO
yes = (formula adds adjustable amount to final amount)
Customer selects Post prep option ( yes or no)
yes = ( formula adds adjustable amount to final amount)
Customer selects type of output
(formula adds adjustable amount to final amount)
Customer selects pick up or drop off
Pick up = ( formula that adds mileage from our location +$ per mile + number of boxes from above... manually entered page count must be reversed page number/2500 to generate number off boxes)
