Chat Service Upgrades

Chat Horizon is a 2D avatar chat service currently operating in English and Dutch. Our current chatroom software is out of date and we would like to upgrade our chat service to a more modern chat application that would work with todays technology such as computers, tablets and mobile devices. The new chat service we would like created will be named Chat Horion – Ultimate and there will be 2 interfaces associated with the chat which are avatar and classic (a text based interface). Chat Horizon Ultimate already has the core of the chat built, but there are many features we would like added to complete this application. Chat Horizon Ultimate runs on linux and is programmed with Laravel under PHP with websocket. We are seeking a motivated trusted programmer with good English communication and basic design skills who would be able to complete the tasks we require to complete this application so we can have it up and running in the next few months. I am estimating that there is about 6 – 8 months work available and on going work for upgrades after that.
