Cocorico script instalation

I need to create a website based on Cocorico community: [login to view URL] The script is based on Symfony and uses MongoDB. What I expect as a deliverable for this project is: -- DEV environment set up in my desktop; -- PROD enviroment set up and running in Dreamhost; -- A "For Dummies" procedure I can use later to follow and reproduce the same results. I need to follow the steps, so I can learn how to do it, just in case I need to reset up my environment in the future.
