Competent Ruby on Rails / Vue.js developer needed to add PayPal payments to a SPA website

I'm creating a minimal e-commerce type website to sell digital services to gamers utilizing the Ruby on Rails / Vue.js stack. Users go to my site to purchase digital services: sign up, pay and communicate with our team to deliver said goods. The website is approximately 90% complete: (quick turnaround for you!) User creation/authentication Formulaic price creation Cart & Store few others One missing piece of functionality is payment via PayPal. A competent, mature developer with a number of years of experience in Rails 4-5 and Vue.js 2 will be able to: Assess the state of the project Clearly communicate questions, goals and said assessments Write clean, maintainable code Complete the payment processor (involving Rails Controller, Models and PayPal Merchant API w/ redirect) Deliver the updated project to my hosting solution As mentioned, both the front-end (Vue.js) as well as the API backend (RoR) are almost entirely completed, missing the PayPal payment mechanism.
