Concox GPS Device Protocol in PHP / JAVA Socket Programming

I have been developing GPS tracking software since 2012, mostly in Java since PHP does not handle the low level socket I/O as good as Java does. - What are the makes and models of all the devices you need to support? - I assume you already have the mapping, and user / device management software, correct?
