Convert custom ERP system into a multi-tenant SaaS with Stripe payment API

We have built a ERP type system with PHP Yii and My SQL. At the moment it is single tenant meaning that we need to create a sub domain manually for each client sign up. We want to convert this into a multi tenant application to make it more automated. We also need to integrate Stripe API to manage subscription payments. The application is hosted on AWS and is going to start either the first or second week of March. Freelancer is needed on a full time basis to deliver this quickly but accurately.

Stripe API integration to manage subscriptions per tenant
Be able to create a time cut off in the application after a clients 14 day free period expires and they haven't upgraded to a paid subscription. This will also be needed if a client doesn't continue to pay for their subscription or cancels it
