Convert flat website into OctoberCMS, build product/basket/checkout, add content (developer must be on MacOS)

We have a small website built as a flat website. We need this website converted to work on OctoberCMS, with content being editable. We will provide you with access to a Github repository containing a basic Docker image and OctoberCMS installation. You must be able to run our Docker image. You must have the following: - MacOS (our Docker images only run on MacOS, we are unable to assist PC/Linux devs, do not bid if you are not running MacOS) - Proven experience with OctoberCMS - Experience with Github and Gitflow We need you to: - Clone the repo, get Docker and OctoberCMS running - Convert the flat site into a theme, break it up into pages/partials as required - "Products" must be handled in the database, so the admin can add/edit/delete products, and have them render on the "shop" page - Build a "basket" mechanism, using a plugin of your choice - Build a PayPal checkout page (this can be manually created to match the current website, or it may use Stripe checkout via an OctoberCMS plugin - Add all content from a live website into the repo (i.e manual content migration) Current website: [login to view URL] Designs: [login to view URL] (we have flat website code for this design) Flat website code: will be supplied to the winning bidder
