We currently have working website running on Bigcommerce server farm hosting platform Ipage and we want to move from this farm hosting eCommerce solution to our own VPS ( server with our own eCommerce platform such as Woocommerce, or similar that we can download and install on our own server and built site on it. Due to complexity of this work we think its not doable by one person, but rather a company with different people secularized in different skill sets in website design and build.
Our main objective is to convert our site and move to our own server to achieve much better SEO with faster site load time, better design and optimization, unique IP vs farm hosting and other benefits from hosting our own site vs this BigCommerce farm hosting solution. Google must index our new site with top specs in relevance, speed, etc. While we converting our site we also want to redesign to a new and modern look and feel, with focus on SERVICES and NOT on eCommerce.
The main 3 services in IT managed Service Provider space we want to focus on IT support, IT security and Cloud Solutions, the rest of services we have on our site are supporting and should be on site but not as a main focus of business. Our new home page should be cool, vibrant, professional stand out from our competitors in quality and user experience. The eCommerce part of the site for IT hardware sales should be there as ad-on to a services. We want to make sure to preserve URL structure of the site, and with any changes setup proper internal redirect so we don't lose current SEO efforts with dead links and pages.
Site should work on all devices: desktop, mobile, tablets and on all browsers and any resolution intuitive. Optimize customer experience and flow focused on customer experience and conversion from simply looking and reading about IT and MSP services to ordering such services and setting up appointments. Schedule calendar, RMA, Request for Quote (RFQ), Shipping, Payments, Account management, QB integration, Mail chimp integration, Salesforce and other bells and whistles all new modern site have integrated into new site. We have about 50+ static pages and about 1200+ products that need to be converted to a new site.
New site must have easy and clean back end for site management and updates, customer, inventory, etc management. Looking for recommendations for best solution out there for such purposes and price quote to do this job and time frame. Please provide your price to deliver turn key solution, do not look at the price entered in this job post. Please provide services you can deliver, if you have on staff graphics designers to revamp all pictures and graphics, if you have skilled SEO writer to do text and Meta data to achieve best google indexing and organic SEO, if you have data entry people to edit and check all product and enter new to make sure description of product unique, pictures, meta data, etc for each product.
