Create .docx files from webform data and download to the users device.

This is a standard Machforms webform which saved input data to an sql database. [login to view URL] This form must create a set of .docx documents containing the information given in this form combined with the information given in the template documents (see below to download them). All the information and formatting shown the template documents can be hard-coded in PHP. Then on submit, the documents are downloaded to the users machine. The paragraph numbers in the generated documents need to be programmatically created because we don't know how many paragraphs or pages the end-result document will contain, but sub-paragraph numbers can be hard-coded in the PHP script. Each field on this form has a popup advisory that says where in the documents the information must appear. If the field "Second Executor - name" contains a character, then the fields for a third Executor will appear to allow the user to enter their details. If the "Third Executor field is empty" then ignore the remaining "Third Executor" fields. If the "Third Executor - Name" contains characters, then the document must have another paragraph that appears after the [SECOND EXECUTOR NAME] and before the [FIRST GUARDIAN] paragraph in the document, and paragraph numbers must be re-numbered sequentially, and all subsequent paragraph numbers in the document that follow must all be re-numbered sequentially until (but not including) the signature page paragraph.
