First thing to know about limitations of telegram are : We can add max 30 messages at once but if you send all at once you will get blocked so we need to split up Same goes while adding members to group/channel This is as per official telegram limitations for each user So now I have built a bot with following features : It can get at max 10000 members from a group at random ( so resuse to get more) to a CSV file containing username,first-name,lastname,userid Next you can add members from opponent group to your own group just by using both chat ids (adding 10 per minute to avoid blocking) Next you can send bulk messages 10 per minute and the message will be personalized like you can have the four fields mentioned above for each and every chat so that it looks very personal and can also use emojis. Next you can run multiple accounts and multiple instances at same time parallel. Next you dont need to install even just download and use. Next I have a bot that can remove messages like join,remove messages appear when someone joins or leaves group .this can protect your group' s privacy. I built this based in modern modifications and if any modifications you require I can make I am just explaining you all at open .
