Create me a PHP class which check if an APPLE certificate has been revoked or if it is signed

I need somebody to create me a PHP class which checks with Apple's OCSP server whether or not a certificate has been revoked or is still valid.
I would make it myself however PHP doesn't have the needed OpenSSL tools so they need to be custom made.
Ideas on how to do it would be to cache Apple's CRL and check against it and have the cache be updated every hour. (I would prefer to have it get the status in real time but if it needs to be done this way then i guess that is ok)
It needs to work on Shared Hosting so that means no EXEC, or SHELL_EXEC etc etc.
I will pay extra if you can make it get the revoke status in real time.
