Create a software to list products on amazon automatically from a csv/xml/excel

Hi I need a tool that can take information from a csv/xml file (sample attached) and create listings on amazon and update inventory and price with a refresh button. Requirements of the software are explained below in two parts Part 1 : create the listing on amazon 1. Takes upc/ean from the csv and searches [login to view URL] for a match. 2. If match found, next step is to compare a few other attributes of the asin/listing with the csv like color/size/mfr part number etc. 3. If again match found, then take the selling price and inventory from the csv and create a similar listing on that asin Notes : only similar listing needs to be created and not a new listing Part 2 : Refreshing inventory and price 1. A facility to upload the csv/xml into the tool from where it takes the new inventory from the csv and goes to amazon and updates inventory and price using amazon API. This needs to be done 2-3 times a day so need a browse button to select the csv, upload button to add it to the tool and refresh button to refresh the inventory.
