Creating a duplicated wordpress page that removes any menu,footer, and other hyperlinks, using PHP code And optimize the website to speed up

When I'm creating a property page I would like to create a duplicated version the same page without any hyperlink to another page. In other words, remove logo, remove top menu, remove footer, remove agent information, and remove any other links that you can click on the page. This needs to be done with php code probably add a button in the dashboard to create a duplicated version of the original page. Bear in mind as soon as a property been created it will show up in the property list. So, I don't want this duplicated that you are creating be populated into the properties page. So it should be kind of hidden and I can refer to it by a link. 2. Also, optimize the website to speed up because now its taking almost 10 seconds for a page to load up.
