Business Type: We are reseller for products and selling pan India basis Looking for Lead Management of data received from Online method , Field staff and outbound marketing CRM Requirement From Administration purpose • Track monthly sales achieved by user ( approval column fro their respective heads) • Avg calls , or contacts done • Conversion analysis (in terms of customer type maturing type ) • Report system for field staff ( Travel done daily , expenses) • Data of PI and Quotation • PI approval feature to check if prices mentioned by user are correct. From User • Ease of lead creation and data entry • Quotation and PI sending format • Lead followup on daily ( Our leads are mainly repetitive so need to be followed on regular basis) • Email system if available • API integrations ( Currently Indiamart , Future: Tradeindia and our online promotion method) Type of payment preferred: One time fee(preferred) or user based model is also ok Team Members: 7 -10
