CRUD Automated Website

I have a website that has been half way developed using ColdFusion. The goal of this website is CRUD automation using multiple web programming languages (ColdFusion, PHP, ASP, JSP, Perl, etc) that will work with all major database types (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, etc) and versions dating back 10 years. I want the user to be able to come to the website, register, login, and follow a process to get the automated admin panel that includes the CRUD automation. I need this to work with five different templates of my choosing. I need the code to be written in a way its easy to add more templates in the future. The website is to a point where the use can select a database type, put in their database details, and the database structure is imported into a database. I must be 100% satisfied with the website and generated code before releasing any milestone. I have already spent over $5,000 on this website. I am looking for somebody to commit to a single milestone to complete the website around the same price. You must be an expert at HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, JavaScript, Databases, etc. You must be familiar with the latest technologies. The entire website and generated code must be W3C compliant. It must work in all major browsers. The website and generated code needs to be mobile friendly / responsive. You must be familiar with Bootstrap 3 and Bootstrap 4. You must be a fast learner. You need to be somebody that can think outside the box. This is the type of project where many issues will arise so you need to find solutions to those quickly and apply them as we progress through the development of the website. You will need to go over my existing code that I had developed and fix spacing issues or problems with the code. This one milestone will be for a completed website. I want you to commit to three major programming languages for this project (ColdFusion, PHP, and one of your choosing). If you complete this project, additional milestones may be awarded for expanding the website beyond those three major web programming languages. ColdFusion must be used on the main website and for generating the code. To be clear, ColdFusion code will be used to generate PHP code, etc. I need you to commit to a timeframe. I am flexible but I need to see results weekly. I require the selected freelancer to keep a log of activities. Include the phrase 'crud guru' in your bid description to me. Spaces must be used in the code instead of tab indents. Two spaces per code indentation. I am uploading a txt file that shows how I like the code formatted and this is required for all code even generated code. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I will give the top bidders a tour of the website upon request. Only the winning bidder will get access to all the code. This is a work made for hire so I will retain all rights to the code and designs. As a perk, I will give you a lifetime subscription to the website once its completed. You can use it to generate your own admin panels for yourself or other clients. However, by doing so, you retain all liability if you give generated code to other clients. You may not give the code generator away or any code that is developed (only generated code). Other perks may come out of this if you do a great job and go above and beyond my expectations. Because this is generating an admin panel, I will require a few other add-ons to be implemented such as calendar software (which I have 90% completed), finance software, etc. During your time as a freelancer, think of some nice admin panels and ask yourself if those things could be automated. That is where we are headed with this project. A payment system will need to be implemented such as PayPal Payments Pro. This is for a completed website and guaranteeing my satisfaction so bid accordingly. There will be no extensions unless I deem them necessary at my discretion. You must be a great communicator with solid English skills. I want somebody to give suggestions as we develop this too.
