We are looking for well talented, experienced, and skilled person to develop our 2 customized websites (no wordpress or templates). You need to have excellent design, UIX, PHP, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JSON, Javascript skills to build us these two websites for us. We are looking to have these two websites completely built in 3 weeks or less. Please see below for website requirements:
1. Website #1
The website is a B2B (Business-to-Business) type website only catering to other businesses. Clients are added by admin of website owner only (no registrations on website and no payments on website). Once approved, clients will each have access to 1 dedicated page in the backend which will have a coupon generator. The coupon generator will need to have a good UI and will generate a 16 digit number based on different inputs (and there will be different rules for different coupons set by the site owner). The website will need to generate reports and monthly invoices and purchase orders (pdf format) and they should be automatically emailed to clients. The owner should oversee all the clients, have access to the coupons and make edits, be able to approve/disapprove coupon orders (this should be rule based depending on what coupon it is). The backend should support reporting on any variable like by client(s), time frame, type of coupon, etc. Both clients and site owner should be able to run reports. Site owner should be able to generate reports on a larger scale for all clients where each client can only do their own. This website needs to be secure, have a proper front end complete with all the design work, and the backend for each client should be secure and isolated for each customer and easy to use. Security is key for our website and will need to be carefully setup and coded for secure login.
2. Website #2
This website is a B2C where customers purchase virtual items via money order only. It will be an eCommerce like platform but no electronic payments will be accepted. We want the stability and security of an eCommerce platform but feel a customized website will better suit us. The website must have a great UI for ease of use for our customers. Users must register to purchase a virtual item (no guest ordering allowed). When users place an order, the order is pending until they transfer funds via bank transfer. The customer will then need to come back to the website and submit the receipt information for the pending orders that need to be complete. This will be via filling out a form for each order or they can upload an image of the receipt of payment they did and that will be the other option. They can choose to do either one. The admins will then need to approve the order by verifying funds have been received, and then the admin will attach the virtual item details (just some text fields), and then order will be processed and an email will be sent to the customer with their virtual item information. Backend should be very UI friendly for the admins and the customers. When customers login, they should see their pending orders and what the status of their orders is. The UI must be simple and elegant.
Also, the second part of this website is that it needs to be mobile friendly. When user is on mobile device the website must be extremely easy to use with a great UI. It should have 4 areas after login screen:
Account summary page:
-My Orders (list of users orders and their statuses)
-Verify Order (manual method with form fields -or- by upload picture)
-Browse Virtual Items to Buy
-Deposit Information (quick handy information page / tutorial page for our users to make payment)
We are also looking to build an app that will simply link to the mobile friendly website and act like a browser. This app will need to be for Android and iOS or developed using a hybrid platform. Login details should be stored for user to have quick access to their account summary page.
