Customization for Odoo 9 Sales Module

Replacement & Sales Orders Customization: We are looking for a developer to add a new option for creating a new sales order. Once the creating bottom is clicked we should get two options: 1. New, 2. Replacement. The Number when choosing “New” SO#, and for “Replacement” REP# Choosing (New), everything will remain same, but if we choose (Replacement) they we need some modifications as the attached drawings: 1. Customer Name has to be replaced with Sales order number, which will be linked direct to it as it is a replacement for some item\s of that order. Also a box of replacement has to be added there similar to Delivery box which will show all the replacements order that have been made on a particular Sales Order. 2. New Field will be added when replacement is chosen which called “Charging to” “Charging to” menu including two options: - Company: - Employee: when we chose this option we should get all employees names here, after picking up one or many of employees, the cost should be as a deduction for the chosen employee\s equally Another Customization needed on SO & REP page, several columns as attached The new columns should not appear to everyone, supposed to be an optional admin will choose who can have this option. Beside delivery box and Replacement box, we should have a box which shows the margin percentage on the Sales Order ((1-(Total cost/total sales price)) x 100). Also this option is available only for those who has the option. The minimum margin should be defined by the admin in setting menu, which will not allow any order below than the minimum margin to be saved or confirmed except which will be done by the admin himself.
