To develop the Sales Pipeline Tracker web-application.
It will be developed as a multi-user system with admin dashboard.
Admin Dashboard
1. Manage Users:
a. Add a new user:
b. Edit/delete users
2. Manage Deals
a. View all deals list
b. View the status and change status of deals.
3. Deal Statistics:
a. Open Deals
b. Total Value
c. Expected Value
d. Lead, Opportunity, In-Service, Quote
e. Won Deals, Lost Deals and their values.
User Dashboard
Users login to access their dashboard. They can manage the deals added by them.
1. Manage Deals
a. View list of deals added by the particular user.
b. Enter New Deal: user enter deal details, current status, Deal value, etc.,
c. Update Deal:
- Updates Monthly Volume
- System calculates the Deal value based on pricing automatically.
- Changes status based on progress
d. Close Deal: If won/lost, close the deal.
2. Dashboard deals statistics display
3. Pricing Table.
a. User enters Product cost, Sale price, Qty per Box.
Questions:
a. Pricing modification - who will do this? Admin or user?
b. Please explain about the cost and pricing concept and how it functions in the
current excel sheet?
c. Does the users register on the web-application or Admin adds them to the system
