debug a php source code with cookie and paypal

I have a php source code and user log in with SESSION, and they will be logged out when the browsing session ends.
So i deleted SESSION and added coockie to that source to increase duration..
at this time, coockies working great but i don't know why my paypal can't callback! that means customers buy something via paypal in my website but no money add to their accounts. but with session source it's working well
Anyway, i'm looking for a php programmer to work together always
