Design an extension for Magento2 (Complex Form Builder)

Hello, I am looking for the help of some advanced developers for Magento work. However, before I just to hiring, I need to know that I will get the right people. The current job post is to design an extension (or to extend an available extension) I need to implement a Magento 2 extension to help manage and build complex forms (multi-pages, dynamic front effect, and conditional logic). The extension should help the admin * Visually design a form in the back end (Build form, edit form, show/hide, remove ..) * Add fields to the forms and the conditional logic for the forms in the back end * Use a front end library to help validate fields on the fly * Use a front end library to show the form sections (show next sub-form when the current fields are set or when a field is set to certain value) 1. Is there any plugin out there that does the work (if any)? 2. Is this plugin open source or modifiable? 3. Have you done any complex forms (multi-page, multi filed-sets, conditional logic ...)? 4. Can you advise on best approach to solve certain problems? 5. Can you implement the solutions you suggest? The selected freelancer needs to have the following * A proof of skills * Few previous work / example of complex forms with validation, conditional logic and js effects * A thorough knowledge of the elements requested / platforms to be used * The ability to advise to design a solution / to implement the solution IMPORTANT ** I am looking for know how people. I do not need a Google it guy please. ** I am willing to pay more for higher end skills ** I am willing to hire the person for few months if I find the right skills
