Design a Webpage with Muse

I started designing a Webpage in Muse. However, I realized that it is too time-consuming to learn all the programming stuff. Therefore, I look for someone to design the Webpage for me. The expectations are: - 3 pages with multiple sections on each page - These sections include, depending on the page, fullwidth pictures with texts and buttons, listings, comparison charts, texts, videos, and functionalities I specify below - Contact form button on each page (contact form as a Lightbox pop up) - Additional page with about, impressum and the like - On two pages a Lightbox pop up each with two separate Tellforms - Tellforms are assessment tools and both need to be designed and implemented as well - On one page, there are three plans to buy. A buy solution with Stripe needs to be implemented - The page will be in German, this needs to be considered in the design process - SEO optimisation is expected - The images on the pages need to be from Adobe stock. Please indicate whether the price for these pictures is included or not in your offer. - The final design needs to be a modern higher education site I expect the design process to be flexible. That means that I provide the first inputs, the designer provides a first draw, and we then go on until the webpage is done. Since I own Muse as well, I can insert German texts, for example.
