Develop a prototype(lean design) mlm script in PHP-Laravel

I will need a simple prototype(lean design) mlm script in PHP-Laravel developed within a short while. Before you bid you must have developed PHP scripts or programs before for MLM This is not the regular mlm script. How it works. Create a Simple referal program system with following features using PHP - Allow user to register a new account and see his profile - Create Referral code for user - New customers can use that code to signup - Overview of all Referrals(Geneology Tree) - Allow user to fund / withdraw his money with a payment gateway(simple payment button) After prototype is completed we can do stage 2, then full project.
