Discord Product Monitor with webhook

Hello, I need an URL, keyword monitor for a series of products on an e-commerce website. When a product comes back in stock, or goes live the monitor should output the link + restocked size to a discord channel (via webhook). The refresh rate to find the product would need to be 1 second or less with a 24/7 up time. I am aware that this refresh rate is low, I need to be notified instantly when the product is live, or restocks. For this reason, proxy integration would have to be incorporated in some way. I am also aware that this bot would need to be ran on a server with good specs, which could get expensive. The websites I wish to be monitored are below: Target Hot topic Box lunch Funko-Shop (Shopify) Gemini Collectibles Barnes and Noble Bimtoy(Shopify) ShopDisney Funimation Fye Gamestop Galactic Toys Pop-Cultcha Walgreens Walmart Amazon Entertainment Earth Toy Tokyo URLs, keyword filters are chosen and updated by myself. An example on how the discord notification should look like from the webhook can be seen below. Developer who is familiar with discord integrations (webhooks, bots and such) is preferred. If you have already developed a product monitor or something very similar, or have experience doing so with discord webhooks, this job is for you.
