Hi there, If its meant to be used in controlled environment DNS is not exactly what You're looking for. Proxy is the way to go in here. Unless You want DNS only to point out all the traffic to proxy server IP address - but then You will need to maintain two apps, DNS AND proxy. There's no way to accomplish this with DNS server alone. You can't do it on HTTPS connections. You can only transfer client's browser to new page with javascript which loads requested source later.

I'm having more than 20 years of experience in IT and most of it is working with Public DNS Servers, IIS, MSSQL Servers, System Admin, Web Hosting, Windows Server. As Cloud Computing started i got chance to work on both AWS and Azure platforms. I started working on Azure when it used to work on ASM model and later it deployed ARM Model. So i'm having experience of extensive working on both Azure portal as well as through powershell. So this task is not a big deal for me to work on.
