We have a Drupal website [url removed, login to view] and after updating to a new template, images stopped showing and uploading.

At first we thought it was just a matter of file permissions, but I'm not sure anymore.

Currently it's on Windows, but we copied the site to Linux to see if that helps (currently it did not).

I am looking for the best expert in the world to fix it.
