Only for Drupal Expert with very good knowledge in Drupal 7 & 8, MariaDB, Debian, Docker. - fixing developpement server using drupal 7.3 (db = 1go) - writting HOW TO "step by step" on backup and restore full website - code fixing to prevent SOLR to generate so much log and saturate the server to reduce droplet need. - Once testing server working well, upgrading drupal CORE from 7 to 8 and make necessary fix on custom file to works on drupal 8, updating the DOCKER app and once all DONE apply it on production server running now with some ERROR due to modules update, hack fixed , docker partially alterated.
