Ecommerce app development

This will be an eCommerce site, similar to [login to view URL] although with jayride they have a list of companies, and the client chooses based on which suits their needs best, our intention is to (when a client makes a booking request) have the system generate an email broadcast to all providers we have listed in the area that suits the clients needs, and have the providers add their best price to the booking, so that the eventual booking goes to the most competitive price, somewhat like a reverse auction. In order to maintain our credibility with the clients, we would need to have an automated system where the client receives a review email at the completion of the booking, so that they can rate the experience with both us, and our service, and the providers service. This gives us the ability to watch over which providers are offering the best quality service, and remove providers who get consistently poor reviews. The site would need to have secure payment options for all major credit cards, and paypal, and of course, be user friendly. The address database would need to be the same google based. I imagine there will be a lot of fine tuning to the requirements. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The basic "flow" of the website I would want would look something like this... Client makes a quote request providing all details via web site (and hopefully phone app if not too expensive or difficult) The quote request is broadcast out to all providers on our database via email. The provider submits a quote (so many quotes may come in for the one request, from several operators) that is visible to US ONLY. We add the small commission to the quotes, and send the best quote to the prospective client. The client accepts the quote and provides payment details on the website or app, and the job is then sent to the successful bidding provider. The provider is paid at the end of the job, minus out commission. The client AND operator are sent an email to "rate" the performance and service and general behaviour of each other, which is added to a star rating in the database for us, to help us learn about the quality of service provided by the provider, as well as the client. The reason for this is that a client's opinion (rating of an provider) who has a rating that indicates they are a problem client would not carry as much importance as a client who has a good reputation for not being a troublesome client. This gives us, the administrators, the ability to identify particular operators who consistently perform poorly, and clients who are always problematic, which of course gives us an insight into the clients own behaviour. Hope that all makes sense. All I have done is take a business model with major flaws in it, (jayride) and make it so the client AND the provider of the service had the same opportunities, both can give feedback, and by sending each quote request to every operator, it makes the pricing for the client more competitive, and makes them more inclined to not only book with us, but come back to us every time they need a booking. Who knows, their next price could be better than the original one, depending on how busy operators are etc. Fingers crossed you can understand all of that and have a better idea what it is we are looking for.
